The UN Office of the High Commissionaire

The UN Office of the High Commissionaire has received a UN Examination report about human rights violations in most western world countries today.

To: The Office of the High Commissionaire and CEDAW

The Danish Fathers Association founded in 1977 hereby submit to OHCHR and CEDAW for the examination of Denmark and other developed countries “The World’s first Gender Equality Catalog for Children and Fathers”.

The Danish Fathers Association experiences – beyond any doubt – sever violation of basic human rights on a daily basis in family law and practices based on the use of single parenting law and practices in todays shared parenting society.

We experiences from analysis and more than hundred thousand talks with families that the discrimination is based on family forms, the child’s residential address and gender, where children and parents is not equal by law and practices in the same situation. A clear violation of basic human rights in the modern society.

Please note that our organization and work supports women and men, boys and girls equally. For any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
